Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what is not allowed when using Trabigo Cloud services. It applies to all customers and all services, including cloud VPS, web hosting, WordPress hosting, email hosting, managed services, streaming services and Trabigo Voice.

1. General Use

Customers must use Trabigo Cloud services legally, responsibly and in a way that does not harm the platform, other customers, third parties or the reputation of Trabigo Cloud.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

  • Illegal content or content promoting illegal activity
  • Malware, viruses, spyware, phishing pages or harmful scripts
  • Copyright-infringing content without proper permission
  • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Fraudulent, misleading or deceptive content
  • Content used for scams, impersonation or financial abuse
  • Extreme hate content, threats or targeted harassment
  • Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Email and Spam

Customers may not use Trabigo Cloud services for spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, email spoofing or abusive mailing practices.

Email services must be used for legitimate business or personal communication only.

4. Server and Network Abuse

The following activities are not allowed:

  • Port scanning without permission
  • Brute-force attacks
  • DDoS activity or participation in botnets
  • Hosting malware or command-and-control infrastructure
  • Cryptocurrency mining unless explicitly approved
  • Excessive resource usage that affects other customers
  • Attempts to bypass security, access controls or service limits

5. Streaming, Radio and Voice Publishing

Customers using online radio, streaming or Trabigo Voice services are responsible for all published or transmitted audio content.

Music licensing, copyright permissions, broadcast rights, performance rights and any required local or international permissions are the responsibility of the customer.

Trabigo Cloud provides technical hosting and setup assistance only. We do not verify, obtain or guarantee content rights for customers.

6. Fair Use

Services must be used within reasonable technical limits. Activities that overload servers, harm performance or negatively affect other customers may result in temporary limitation, suspension or termination.

7. Security

Customers are responsible for keeping their passwords, websites, applications and accounts secure.

If a customer account, website or server is compromised, Trabigo Cloud may temporarily suspend the affected service to protect the platform and other users.

8. Investigation and Enforcement

Trabigo Cloud may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. If a violation is found, we may remove content, suspend access, terminate services or take other necessary action.

In serious cases, Trabigo Cloud may cooperate with legal authorities or affected third parties where required by law.

9. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a Trabigo Cloud service is being used in violation of this policy, please contact us through the official contact form or client portal.
