Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Trabigo Cloud services, including cloud VPS, web hosting, WordPress hosting, business email, managed services, online radio hosting and Trabigo Voice services.

By ordering, accessing or using any Trabigo Cloud service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Trabigo Cloud provides digital infrastructure and related support services. Services may include hosting, virtual servers, domain and DNS assistance, SSL setup guidance, business email, managed technical support, streaming setup assistance and voice publishing solutions.

Some services are activated manually after order confirmation. Manual activation allows us to review the order and configure the service properly before delivery.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate order information, valid contact details and any technical information required to activate or configure the requested service.

The customer is responsible for the content, files, websites, data, audio materials, broadcasts, links and communications published, stored or transmitted through Trabigo Cloud services.

3. Content and Legal Responsibility

Trabigo Cloud provides technical hosting, setup and infrastructure services only. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights and platform rules.

For online radio, streaming and Trabigo Voice services, music licensing, copyright permissions, broadcast rights and published content are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Trabigo Cloud does not provide legal, copyright, licensing or broadcast rights clearance services.

4. Service Activation

Some services may require manual setup, review or additional information from the customer. Activation times may vary depending on the service type, payment status and completeness of the information provided.

If required information is missing, service activation may be delayed until the customer provides the necessary details.

5. Payments

Services must be paid according to the selected billing cycle or one-time fee. Recurring services remain active as long as payments are made on time.

Failure to pay invoices may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

Trabigo Cloud may suspend or terminate services if the customer violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment obligations, legal requirements or the rights of third parties.

We may also suspend services to protect system stability, security, network reputation or other customers.

7. Backups and Data

Unless explicitly stated in a specific service package, the customer is responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Backup setup assistance may be available as a separate service, but this does not guarantee full disaster recovery unless a dedicated backup solution has been agreed separately.

8. Support

Support is provided through the Trabigo Cloud client portal or other official support channels. Support scope depends on the service ordered.

Managed services, custom configuration, troubleshooting, migration, development work and emergency recovery may require a separate paid service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trabigo Cloud is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, reputational damage or third-party claims resulting from the use, misuse, interruption or suspension of services.

The customer is responsible for using the services in a lawful, secure and reasonable manner.

10. Changes to Services and Terms

Trabigo Cloud may update services, prices, technical configurations and these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
