How does manual activation work?
Some Trabigo Cloud services are activated manually after order confirmation.
This allows us to check the order, review the requested setup and make sure the service is configured correctly before delivery.
Manual activation may apply to:
- Managed services
- Website setup assistance
- Domain and DNS support
- SSL and security checks
- Trabigo Voice services
- Streaming and radio hosting setup
After placing your order, you may receive a request for additional information. Please reply with the required details so we can continue the setup.
Activation time depends on the service type and the information provided by the customer.
